Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

§1 Definitions

§2 Rules of use

The User agrees to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms of Service. The following are prohibited:

§3 Account and data

Registration requires an email address or signing in with a Google account, via the Clerk authentication system. The User is responsible for the security of their login credentials. An account can be deleted at any time via Settings → Delete account (available once the account is set up — or by emailing kontakt@dealmo.pl).

§4 Subscription and payments

Dealmo offers a free Plan Free and a paid Plan Pro (49 zł/month or 490 zł/year). Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record — Paddle issues invoices and handles VAT. The subscription can be cancelled at any time; access to Pro features remains active until the end of the paid period. Plan Pro comes with a 14-day refund guarantee — see the Refund Policy for details. Users will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance. The right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Marketing messages (search reminders) are sent only with separate, voluntary consent — see the Privacy Policy.

§5 Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of data pulled from the Marketplaces, or the constant availability of any of them. Answers and listing summaries are generated by an AI model, may contain errors, and do not constitute financial advice. The Provider is not liable for purchasing decisions made based on the Service.

§6 Intellectual property

Dealmo, its code, design, and content are the property of Viacheslav Demchenko.

§7 Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law. The court with jurisdiction is the court competent for the Provider's registered address.
